I am an Energy & Climate Policy Specialist with expertise in research, consulting, university teaching, and project management.  I hold a PhD in Energy & Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware, where I also served as a Research Associate at the UD Island Policy Lab.  My work bridges technical and policy perspectives to advance understanding of distributed energy systems, energy transition, climate change, and carbon markets.
