Profile


Pravesh Raghoo is an Energy and Environmental Policy Research Scientist, Consultant, and Engineer.  He is a PhD candidate in Energy & Environmental Policy at the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy & Administration and Project Coordinator of the Island Policy Lab, University of Delaware.  Pravesh combines technical and policy perspectives to study peer-to-peer (P2P) electricity trading, energy transition, climate change, and carbon markets.
